Dr. Gaurav Jha is a physician and public health practitioner with experience spanning healthcare, community systems, and grassroots development. His work focuses on translating public health expertise into practical, community-led interventions across underserved regions, with a particular emphasis on rural and tribal communities. Recognized among Mint’s 40 Under 40, he brings to Indeva a strong field-grounded perspective and a commitment to connecting institutional strategy with realities on the ground.

Dr. Shashi Bala is an educationist and academic leader with more than four decades of experience in teaching and educational administration.
